These terms describe use of this website and the general conditions that apply when discussing or placing a custom project.
Website use
You may use this website to learn about our services and contact us about a project. You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or infringing material.
Estimates and orders
Website prices are starting points unless expressly identified as a final price. An order is not accepted until project specifications, artwork, quantity, schedule, price, and payment terms are confirmed by AI Media Services.
Artwork and approvals
You are responsible for reviewing spelling, dates, contact information, dimensions, image quality, bleeds, safe zones, and other content before approving a proof. Approval authorizes production based on that proof. You must have permission to use all artwork, trademarks, photographs, and other materials you provide.
Color, materials, and quantities
Screens display color differently from printed output, and reasonable variation may occur between devices, materials, finishes, and production runs. Material availability may change. Unless otherwise agreed, custom print quantities may be subject to the tolerances described in our return and reprint policy.
Turnaround and delivery
Production estimates begin after required payment, print-ready artwork, and proof approval are received. Completion and carrier transit dates are estimates unless a guaranteed service is confirmed in writing. Delays caused by artwork changes, supply availability, carriers, weather, or events outside reasonable control may affect timing.
Cancellations and production issues
Cancellation availability depends on the production stage and costs already incurred. Claims involving defects, shortages, or shipping damage must follow the timing and documentation requirements in the applicable published policy.
Intellectual property
AI Media Services retains ownership of its website content, branding, and original materials unless otherwise agreed. Client-provided materials remain the client's responsibility. A project does not transfer rights owned by a third party.
Availability and liability
We work to keep website information accurate and available, but the site may contain errors or experience interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, AI Media Services is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from website use. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be limited.
