When you submit the quote request form, the information you enter is sent through our transactional email provider, Resend, to AI Media Services so our team can respond. The general contact form currently shown on this website is a preview and does not transmit its contents.
How information is used
Information you send directly to us may be used to answer questions, prepare estimates, review project requirements, provide customer support, coordinate production or delivery, and maintain records related to your request.
Website and device information
Our hosting provider may process basic technical information needed to deliver and secure the website, such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, timestamps, and error logs. We do not currently use the site to build advertising profiles or sell personal information.
Sharing and service providers
We may share information only with service providers involved in operating the website, securely delivering a submitted quote request (including Resend), communicating with you, producing an approved project, processing a requested shipment, or meeting legal obligations.
