What is embroidery digitizing?
Digitizing converts your logo or artwork to DST or PES format. We can do it in-house for a one-time fee, and the file is yours to keep.
Which file formats can I submit?
AI, EPS, PDF, PNG, and JPEG files can be digitized. We also accept DST and PES files directly.
How many thread colors can I use?
Hundreds of Madeira and Isacord colors are available, PMS-referenced where possible. One to four colors are most cost-effective.
Is there a minimum order?
No. Orders of 12 or 24 pieces and up qualify for volume pricing.
Can you match my brand colors?
We can closely match through Madeira and Isacord thread libraries; provide PMS numbers for the most precise result.
What is the turnaround time?
Standard turnaround is 5–7 business days after artwork approval, with 2–3 day rush service available.
