We use 13oz and 18oz scrim vinyl for outdoor banners, 60% open-weave mesh for fence banners, premium polyester fabric for displays and step & repeat backdrops, and 4mm corrugated plastic (Coroplast) for yard signs.
Vinyl banners are solid and ideal for walls, fences, and enclosed spaces. Mesh banners have a perforated weave that allows wind to pass through, making them the better choice for construction fences, scaffolding, and exposed outdoor locations where solid banners would act like a sail and tear.
