Shipping Policy
How Shipping Works
Orders ship from our Beverly Hills, CA facility. We ship with UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
Production Time vs. Shipping Time
Your total lead time equals production time (turnaround) plus shipping transit time. Transit estimates are not guaranteed unless a guaranteed service level is selected.

There is no markup on shipping rates.
Local Pickup
Pickup is available at 9350 Wilshire Blvd, Ste. 203, Beverly Hills, CA 90212, Monday–Friday 9AM–6PM and Saturday 10AM–3PM PST. Please wait for your ready notification before arriving.
Residential vs. Commercial Delivery
Residential surcharges may apply. Any charges caused by delivery-address misclassification will be billed to the customer.
Address Corrections & Undeliverable Shipments
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate address. Address-correction and reshipment fees are passed through. We cannot redirect packages in transit; PO Boxes require USPS.
Saturday & Weekend Delivery
Saturday delivery is available in select areas at an added cost. Sunday delivery is not available.
Split Shipments & Multiple Packages
Large orders may ship in multiple boxes, each with a separate tracking number.
Order Tracking

Lost or Damaged Shipments
Photograph damage, retain all packaging, and contact us within 2 business days. For packages with no tracking movement for 3 or more days, we will initiate a carrier investigation.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only, including APO/FPO addresses via USPS. International shipping is not currently available.
