How Shipping Works
Once your order is complete and has passed our quality inspection, it is packaged and handed off to the carrier you selected at the time of ordering. Shipping time is separate from production (turnaround) time — please factor in both when planning for your deadline.
AI Media Services ships from our Beverly Hills, CA facility. We partner with UPS, FedEx, and USPS to offer a range of delivery speeds across the United States.
Production Time vs. Shipping Time
These are two distinct timeframes that must both be considered when planning your order:
- Production time (turnaround): The number of business days from file approval and payment confirmation to when your order ships from our facility.
- Shipping transit time: The number of business days from shipment pickup to delivery at your address, based on the carrier and service selected.
- Total lead time = Production time + Shipping transit time. For example, a 3-business-day job shipped via 2-day air will arrive in approximately 5 business days from order approval.
Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed unless you select a guaranteed service level (e.g., UPS Next Day Air). Weather events, carrier delays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
We offer the following shipping options depending on your product and destination:

Shipping rates are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your shipment and are quoted at the time of ordering. We do not mark up shipping rates.
Local Pickup
Customers in the Greater Los Angeles area are welcome to pick up completed orders at our facility at no shipping charge:
- Address: 9350 Wilshire Blvd, Suite 203, Beverly Hills, CA 90212
- Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM PST
- Sunday: Closed
You will receive an email or phone notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please do not come before receiving this notification, as orders in production cannot be released early.
Residential vs. Commercial Delivery
UPS and FedEx charge higher rates for residential deliveries compared to commercial addresses. If you are shipping to a home address, a residential surcharge will be added by the carrier. To avoid this fee, consider shipping to your place of business or using local pickup.
Please ensure your shipping address type is accurately entered at checkout. If a commercial address is entered but the carrier reclassifies it as residential upon delivery, any additional charges assessed by the carrier will be billed to you.
Address Corrections & Undeliverable Shipments
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete, accurate shipping address. AI Media Services is not responsible for shipments delayed or lost due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address.
- Address correction fees charged by UPS or FedEx will be passed on to the customer.
- If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, you will be responsible for the re-shipment cost.
- We cannot redirect a shipment in transit to a new address. Please verify your address carefully before approving your order.
- UPS and FedEx cannot deliver to PO Boxes — use USPS for PO Box addresses.
Saturday & Weekend Delivery
Standard ground and air services operate Monday through Friday. Saturday delivery is available in select areas through UPS and FedEx at an additional cost. Sunday delivery is not available through any of our standard carriers.
If you require Saturday delivery, please mention this when requesting your quote so we can confirm availability and include the applicable surcharge.
Split Shipments & Multiple Packages
Large orders may ship in multiple boxes. Each box will have its own tracking number, and they may not arrive on the same day. If your order spans multiple packages, you will receive all tracking numbers in your shipping confirmation.
If one or more packages from a multi-box shipment are delayed or missing, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number(s). You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website (ups.com, fedex.com, or usps.com).
If you did not receive a tracking number or are having trouble locating your shipment, contact us at info@aimediaservices.com or call (323) 864-7507 and we will look it up for you.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your shipment arrives visibly damaged:
- Photograph the outer packaging and damaged contents before discarding any materials.
- Retain all original packaging — the carrier may require it for a damage inspection.
- Contact us within 2 business days of delivery at info@aimediaservices.com or (323) 864-7507.
For shipments that appear lost in transit (no movement on tracking for 3+ business days), contact us and we will open a carrier investigation. We will work to get your order replaced or refunded as quickly as possible once the claim is resolved.
AI Media Services is not liable for carrier delays, including those caused by weather, natural disasters, strikes, or other events outside our control. Shipping insurance options may be available — ask us about coverage when placing your order.
International Shipping
At this time, AI Media Services ships within the United States only, including APO/FPO military addresses via USPS. We do not currently offer international shipping. If you have a specific international need, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
